Style 1101LW - Lightweight

Style 1101LW lightweight rubber expansion joints are engineered with lower spring rates to minimize reaction forces and enhance movement capabilities within a compact design. These joints are engineered to reduce noise and vibration, offer a cycle life in the tens of millions, compensate for misalignments, provide access to piping and equipment, and relieve pipe and anchor stresses.

This lightweight construction is the most cost-effective solution for low pressure applications. It features full rubber flanges, a high-grade leak-proof tube, multiple layers of high-strength tire cord, high tensile steel reinforcement, a seamless cover, and hot dip galvanized steel retaining rings.
