Style 1100 – Rubber Flanged Fittings

Styles 1100EF, 1100TF, and 1100YF rubber flanged fittings offer a cost-effective solution by integrating an elbow, tee, or wye pipe fitting with an expansion joint. These fittings are designed to reduce noise and vibration, provide a cycle life in the tens of millions, compensate for misalignments, facilitate access to piping and equipment, and alleviate pipe and anchor stresses.

The spool-type body features full rubber flanges, a high-grade leak-proof tube, multiple layers of high-strength tire cord, high tensile steel reinforcement, a seamless cover, and hot dip galvanized steel retaining rings.
