Style 1015 - Economical Single Wide Arch

Style 1015 rubber expansion joints offer a cost-effective solution with a full-pressure single wide arch design. These joints are engineered to absorb significant all-directional movements, reduce noise and vibration, and provide a cycle life in the tens of millions. They also compensate for misalignments, offer access to piping and equipment, and alleviate pipe and anchor stresses.

The spool-type body features full rubber flanges, a high-grade leak-proof tube, multiple layers of high-strength tire cord, high tensile steel reinforcement, a seamless cover, and hot dip galvanized steel retaining rings. This construction is the most cost-effective solution for rigid piping systems equipped with main anchors (MA) and numerous guides at specific intervals. Control units serve as limit rods for secondary restraint or as tie rods in cases where the support structure or adjacent equipment has load limitations

For enhanced temperature and chemical resistance, an optional Teflon liner is available.
