TREO^®2000 Needled Blanket

Using cutting-edge AES Fiber technology, TREO^®2000 stands out as a biosoluble high-temperature insulation blanket. With minimal shrinkage at operating temperatures and low thermal conductivity, it offers ease of fabrication, flexibility, and resilience. Remarkably, this blanket remains unaffected by most chemicals, distinguishing it from ceramic fiber counterparts. The biosoluble fibers in TREO^®2000 exhibit reduced bio-persistence, facilitating quicker elimination by the body. Moreover, immune to thermal shock and free from warning labels under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS), this insulation blanket offers a continuous temperature of 1800°F(1000°C), with a classification temperature reaching 2000°F(1100°C).
