Flexitallic Thermiculite® 835 is an advanced gasket material engineered for high-temperature and high-pressure applications, it is a high-temperature filler material for spiral wound gaskets. Thermiculite® 835 is specifically designed to withstand extreme temperatures and aggressive chemical environments, making it suitable for use in demanding applications across various industries.

Thermiculite® 835 is composed of a unique blend of exfoliated vermiculite and other proprietary materials, combined with a high-temperature binding agent. This composition provides exceptional temperature resistance, superior chemical resistance, high pressure sealing integrity, low emissions, and ease of installation.
