Product Type:Flexitallic Thermiculite® 815 is a high-temperature sheet material reinforced with a 0.004 in. thick 316 SS tanged core. It is designed for extreme temperature and chemical environments making it suitable for use in the most demanding applications where conventional gasket materials may fail.
Thermiculite® 815 is composed of a blend of exfoliated vermiculite and special binders, which are compressed under high pressure to create a dense, resilient gasket material. This unique composition provides high-temperature resistance, excellent chemical resistance, superior sealing integrity, low emissions, and easy installation.
