SIGMA^® 600

Sigma® 600 is a high performance biaxially oriented PTFE sheet sealing material with enhanced, low stress sealing characteristics.

This material is specifically crafted for applications in flanges with low bolt loading, it accommodates various flange types, including glass-lined, ceramic, plastic, or those with areas of low gasket stress due to distortion.

Sigma® 600 is ideal for sealing a wide range of chemicals spanning the entire pH spectrum from 0 to 14, with the exception of molten alkali and fluorine gas. Crafted entirely from pure PTFE, Sigma® 600 is well-suited for use with hydrogen fluoride.
