Frenzelit provides specialized high-temperature-resistant fabric seals designed for applications where unwavering reliability is crucial. These seals are crafted using carefully selected raw materials, each chosen and processed according to the specific requirements and operating temperatures of the application.

Frenzelit offers tadpole tapes and wound packings/layered tapes. Tadpole tapes feature woven fabric on the exterior, encompassing a core housed within the head. While pre-made (wound) packings and tapes are crafted from specified base materials and layered until reaching the desired dimensions. Additionally, an insert can be included based on application needs to enhance flexibility and resilience.

novaTEX^® fiber composition features non-melting and incombustible properties, equipping novaTEX^® products with exceptional abrasion and chemical resistance. Notably, novaTEX^® stands out for its remarkable mechanical strength, making it ideal for applications demanding durability and abrasion resistance.

Service Temperature: 482°F/250°C (short peaks up to 716°F/380°C)

Base Material: High-strength synthetic fibers (m-aramid, p-aramid, or blends with Preox)
