NOVATEC^® PREMIUM XP

novatec^® PREMIUM XP is a composite material crafted from graphite, high-quality aramid fiber, and specialized functional fillers, bound together with NBR.

novatec^® PREMIUM XP stands out from conventional fiber gaskets thanks to its exceptionally high graphite content, supporting it with extraordinary resistance and excellent residual stress, eliminating the need for metal reinforcement. The absence of a metal insert positively impacts the chemical resistance of the gasket. This material is a viable alternative for applications involving challenging media and temperatures up to approximately 250 °C.
