Crafted from premium-grade expanded graphite with a purity of at least 99%, this gasket material excels in resisting a variety of media and ensures unparalleled reliability in the face of changing loads.

A strategically chosen acid-resistant expanded metal insert (1.4404, AISI 316 L) plays a major role in the reinforcement of novaphit^® SSTC. This insert outperforms all other commercially available alternatives due to its three-dimensional geometry actively participating in the sealing process, thereby positively influencing the gasket's leakage properties. The integration of high-quality graphite with an expanded metal insert yields several advantages.

novaphit^® SSTC serves as a standard gasket for a wide range of applications, reducing storage costs and the risk of selecting the wrong gasket. Upon request, this gasket material can also be supplied with XP technology.
