Matrix L110

Matrix L110 is a pigment-free biaxially oriented sheet material with super performance composed of barium sulfate-filled PTFE designed for sealing applications in food, pharmaceuticals, and various general chemical media.

This material has exceptional resistance to creep and cold flow under pressure due to its superior matrix orientation coupled with the incorporation of high-quality fillers. Matrix L110 adheres to FDA regulations and is deemed suitable for use in aqueous hydrofluoric acid below 49%. However, it is not recommended for sealing molten alkali metals or fluorine gas.
