Matrix L104

Matrix L104 is a biaxially oriented sheet material composed of PTFE and hollow glass microspheres designed for sealing a broad spectrum of chemicals, excluding molten alkali metals, fluorine gas, and hydrogen fluoride.

This material has exceptional resistance to creep and cold flow under pressure due to its superior matrix orientation coupled with the incorporation of high-quality fillers. Matrix L104 is approved for potable water service, adheres to FDA regulations, and exhibits remarkable compression characteristics, making it particularly suitable for applications involving glass-lined flanges or areas with loading challenges.
