Flexicarb^® ST

Flexicarb^® ST is a high-purity graphite laminate featuring a tanged foil stainless steel core for enhanced strength. This material is constructed from 98% pure graphite foil facing material with a 0.1mm thick tanged 316 stainless-steel reinforcement. 

Flexicarb^® ST is a durable sheet material, reinforced with a steel layer, making it perfect for applications requiring high sealing stresses and excellent blowout resistance. It is suitable for sealing a wide range of media and is particularly useful when easy gasket cutting is essential, even under extreme temperature and pressure conditions. However, it is not recommended for use with strong chemical oxidizing agents. This material is widely used in industries such as power generation and petrochemicals.
