Durlon^® 9600

Durlon^® 9600 is a biaxially expanded PTFE gasket composed of only pure PTFE resins.

This material is engineered for use in diverse industries, including process piping and equipment, chemical, pulp and paper, and food and beverage, it excels in applications requiring resilience against highly aggressive chemicals. Beyond this, Durlon^® 9600 proves its versatility in sealing flanges with irregular surfaces, offering a solution free from the cold flow issues associated with virgin PTFE or the hardness problems found in some filled PTFE products. With exceptional sealability, ease of cutting, and clean separation from flanges after use, this material not only complies with FDA regulations but also holds certifications for ABS-PDA and USP class VI.
