Durlon® 9400 is a high performance filled PTFE gasket material composed of carbon filler with pure PTFE resins.

Durlon® 9400 excels where resistance to highly aggressive chemicals, including hydrofluoric acid, is imperative, it is specifically designed for applications in piping, equipment, and various chemical and general industrial settings. This material is an optimal choice for gasket applications involving anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (AHF) in railroad tank cars, offering a reliable alternative in situations where barium sulfate filled PTFE may not be suitable.

Durlon® 9400 gaskets are engineered to withstand the most challenging exposures to hydrogen fluoride. With superior sealing properties, this gasket material combines durability and flexibility for enduring performance in demanding environments.
