Durlon^® 9200

Durlon^® 9200 is a filled PTFE gasket material composed of barium sulfate filler with pure PTFE resins.

Durlon^® 9200 is the material chosen for applications demanding resistance to highly aggressive chemicals. Its exceptional physical and mechanical properties are a result of the meticulous manufacturing process in which barium sulfate fillers are seamlessly blended with pure PTFE resins. Comparative testing reveals a more uniform dispersion of fillers compared to layered filled PTFE (HS-10 manufacturing method), ensuring consistent performance without the issues of voids, separation, and chemical compatibility found in the latter.
