It may involve a combination of cutting, machining, forming, welding, bending, casting, forging, molding, 3D printing, or other manufacturing techniques to shape and assemble the components according to the design specifications. Throughout the fabrication process, quality assurance measures are implemented to ensure that the item meets the required standards, specifications and tolerances.
Once the fabrication is complete, the custom item may undergo finishing processes such as sanding, grinding, polishing, painting, powder coating, anodizing, plating, or other surface treatments to enhance its appearance, protect against corrosion, or improve performance characteristics. If the item consists of multiple components or parts, we assemble them into the final product.
